SALES, MANAGER, COMPUTER PROGRAMS, DESIGN

  • Local Sales: Taking the customers ideas and working to the best designs and products. Designing logos to fit the particulars of the business or person. Working with the different sign ideas, products and marketing
  • Managed Graphics Department: Coordinate timelines and due dates with 4 employees. Managed an ongoing schedule. Ordering products to keep timetables on track.
  • Graphics Designing: Coordinate product drawing timelines and due dates with 6 Project Managers. Manage an ongoing schedule.
  • Computer Programs: Implemented sign programs into company. Kept programs up to date with new versions. Self taught and passionate about available computer programs that help time management and enhance final results. Executed new CNC router and program.
  • Designing: Created new drawings or logo designs having new ideas. Working with customer's ideas to produce a high quality design.

  • 24 Years of experience: Received the Medal of Good Service, Medal of Merit and Medal of Scouting Rotarians.
  • Cub/Scout Master Leader(1987-1995): Ran weekly meetings. Organized group and leaders with yearly planning meetings, events & camps. Helped arrange and plan district camps and events.
  • District Commissioner (1994-1999): Took care of Scouting Groups in Cranbrook District. Arrange special events. Organized District Camps with planning sessions, themes and location. Worked out budgets and final financial reports.
  • Camp Chiefs (chairman): Organized camps with 50 - 400 youth and adults. Prepared newsletters and pamphlets for the camps and events. Worked with leaders to plan and implement programs and ideas. Followed budgets and submitted financial reports.
  • Designer of crests, hats and shirts: Took themes and ideas and worked into Scouting and Guiding designs.
  • Trainer: Received training for Level 1 and 2 Trainer. Worked with training team to facilitate Adult Training Courses.
  • Rotary Representative: Liaison for Cranbrook Rotary's 4th Cranbrook Scouting Group. Help plan ongoing Scouting activities.

ROTARY: EXPERIENCE, COMMITTEES, WEB SITE, NEWSLETTERS

  • 12 Year Member: Within the 12 years have received Rotarian of the Year, Paul Harris Award and Scouting Rotarians Awards.
  • Kootenay ICE 50/50 Committee Chairman: Organized application for Lottery License. Ordered tickets and arranged sellers on game day. Pulled together a financial report for every game & final total.
  • Golf Tournament Chairman: Developed a volunteer list. Work with volunteers for marketing and sales of sponsor advertising. Setup entries, rules and finalized winners. Set budget and then finalized the financial report.
  • Bowling Chairman: Confirmed alley for date and organized signup sheet and web site signup. Setup games and social activities for event. Set budget and financial report.
  • Regional Conference: Designed logo and marketing ideas for event.
  • Web Site: Working with Clubrunner software for the Cranbrook Rotary site. Ongoing uploading of newsletters, information, picture and links. Create events for online registrations.
  • Newsletters: Design layouts and work with editor for content. Publish and upload to site and email members.
  • Signup sheets: Create unusual signup sheet to help market events to members.
  • Community volunteering

KOOTENAY ICE: RINK BOARDS, PHOTOGRAPHY, DESIGNS

  • Rink boards: Arranged new layout for the advertising rink boards in the new arena.
  • Photography: Ongoing taking pictures of awards and special events. Design photos with logos and special features.
  • Designs.: Design ads for Freeze Magazine, Staff cards and Kids Membership cards.
  • Memorial Booklet: Designed layout for the Kootenay ICE Information Handout at the Memorial Cup 2011.

COMMUNITY: PARADE FLOAT

  • Cranbrook Parade Float: Help design and construct the yearly floats 2002 - 2011.
